With the great migration of employees leaving jobs in very high numbers, the remaining workers are finding themselves with additional duties, but not necessarily the additional training necessary to do those tasks.

This quick session provides keen insights on how to use a portion of the Microsoft Office suite of tools to help employees upskill/reskill to get the tasks done more efficiently.

During the session we will demonstrate how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to make some processes more efficient .

  • Excel: Tables vs Pivot Tables
  • Word: Mail Merge & Form Building
  • PowerPoint: Use hyperlinks for e-Learning

The skills gained during this session can be implemented immediately.
